Jim Prussack

Jim is the owner of In Home Physical Therapy Services and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for over 9 years. He attained his Master’s Degree in PT from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then went on to complete an additional Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2001. Jim also teaches balance and fall prevention classes for seniors throughout the North County community. |

Kaylie Orr

Kaylie received a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2001 and has been practicing as a licensed OT in the San Diego area since finishing up her last internship at Scripps La Jolla. Kaylie has a solid background in working with the older adult population and continues to work per diem with a skilled nursing facility in Encinitas |

Elizabeth Asamen

Beth has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy since 1990 and attained her physical therapy degree from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. Beth went on to further her education with an additional 2 year residency program in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 1995. She brings over 16 years of experience in working with older adults and those with orthopedic injuries |

Manu Feliciano

Born Jose Manulete Feliciano III, Mano to his friends and colleagues has been practicing physical therapy for the past 13 years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1997 from Fatima Medical College. Mano’s broad and diverse experience in his field has helped him how to deal with different conditions. Spending his career mostly in the out-patient setting dealing with post-surgical or chronic orthopedic, neurological conditions, Mano has developed skills and techniques that would benefit his patients. He has extended his practice with the geriatric population in the past 4 years, focusing on improving their quality of life. |

Mary Maine

Mary’s experience includes over 19 years as a licensed physical therapist with the recent accomplishment of completing her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She has practiced in a variety of settings and holds a special interest in orthopedics and geriatrics rehabilitation. Her other areas of specialty include vestibular and balance rehabilitation, pain management, aquatic therapy, and spinal/core stabilization. Mary’s number one priority is helping her patients improve their health and achieve their fitness and mobility goals. |

Beverly Rochelle

Beverly received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1977 from California State University, Long Beach. She has spent the past 30 years in diverse settings including home health care, acute care, out patient orthopedics, pediatric care and most recently geriatric home health care. She is ACE certified as a personal trainer as well as having completed numerous continuing education courses with emphasis on manual skills and gait evaluation. She enjoys working one on one in the home setting with her geriatric patients, as it allows her to have more time for treatment and provide the best care for seniors. She is currently lives in Encinitas California, working for In-Home Therapy Services and Wright PRN Physical Therapy in San Marcos. |

Lisa Baker

Lisa completed her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 1995 from the University of Maryland. She has 15 plus years of experience and has spent a large portion of her career treating various orthopedic and neurological conditions in an outpatient therapy setting. Lisa has worked with the geriatric population for a number of years and uses her outpatient experience to bring detail and quality treatment into the home environment. She enjoys helping seniors restore their quality of life and independence and finds the home environment a perfect place to practice her skills. |

Katherine Savage

Katherine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2004. She went on to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Virginia in 2007. Katherine has had experience working in skilled nursing facilities, day rehab programs and aquatic therapy. She continues her education through courses involving balance, therapeutic exercise technique and pain relieving modalities. Katherine is passionate about working with the geriatric population and uses a research-based approach to help her patients attain their goals. |

Diana Smith
MS, PT |
Diana Smith, MS PT, is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), where she received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She has practiced in a variety of Physical Therapy settings over the past 20 years, to include acute care, outpatient, and rehab. She has been an instructor in the Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA) program at Mesa College, San Diego, CA for 3 years. Diana received her yoga teacher training from Spiritual Yoga. She has received yoga therapeutic training from Roger Cole and Aadil Palkivalha, and has been a yoga therapist since 2003. She is an avid Iyengar practioner, and uses the principles of alignment in both class settings and private sessions. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IYAT), and has been an instructor in the national program for the Professional Yoga Therapy Studies, Yoga Certification for Health Care Professionals. Diana enjoys swims at the Cove year round. She lives and plays in San Diego with her husband and dogs. |

Lisa Kushnir-Ansonoff

Lisa received her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from San Jose State University in 1997. Her study interests include swallowing disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and post-stroke care, and she has taken advanced continuing education in these areas. In 2003, Lisa served as the Director of Clinical Management at Rehab Without Walls in San Diego, where she supervised and assisted therapists with their plans of care for neurologically impaired clients. After her first child was born, Lisa returned to direct patient care, specializing in working with the geriatric population in their home setting, in the areas of cognition, articulation, word-finding, voice, and swallowing. Lisa lives in the beautiful city of Carlsbad with her husband and two young children. |

Susan Gemmill Faltico,

Susan Gemmill Faltico, MSPT received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. Subsequently, she practiced physical therapy in Virginia and California in diverse settings including pediatrics, home health, inpatient, and outpatient rehabilitation for ten years. She has taken many continuing education courses during the years including the highly specialized Neuro-IFRAH certification to treat patients with stroke and brain injury. Through Susan's practice she has developed expertise in geriatric rehabilitation and specializes in treating patients with neurological and balance deficits. |

Kevin Brown,

Kevin has been a physical therapist for more than 20 years. Starting out working in sports medicine, he worked with professional and Olympics-bound athletes while working with some of the leaders in functional training. Later starting his own private practice, he specialized in a variety of orthopedic conditions. Since 1993 Kevin has been working with the Geriatric population as well as post-surgical, stroke and cardiac rehabilitation. After completing the study "Feasibility of a Yoga-based program for fall prevention" (J Altern Complement Med. 2008), Kevin published the book "Balance for Every Body".
